MRI Software is seeking a North America Manager of Talent Acquisition to join our team in Solon, Ohio!   Reporting directly to our Sr. Vice President of Talent Management, this individual will be responsible for leading the recruitment, reporting and recruiting operations across North America.  As a member of our Talent Management team, this person will assist with growing the MRI employment brand to adequately represent our culture.

Essential functions include:

  • Directly managing a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and Coordinators: assigning responsibility, tracking progress toward goals, and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Support the rapid growth and expansion of our business through organic recruitment as well as Mergers & Acquisitions.
  • Budget responsibilities to include tracking annual hiring in correlation to budgeted headcount
  • Cross-departmental collaboration within Global Talent Management as well as across other departments to ensure success of our biggest asset, our employees!
  • Drive the candidate and employee experience with a continuous improvement mindset, ensuring a direct reflection of our culture and core values.

Skills & Other Requirements

  • Proficient with MS Office Applications including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
  • Ability to handle high level of confidentiality and common-sense regarding employee information.
  • Strong planning, time management, decision making, presentation, organization skills, along with excellent oral and written communication.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring & overall team assimilation skills
  • Proven success partnering with all levels of management up to and include Senior Leadership.

Education:

  • BA/BS Degree in human resource management, or similar business focus, or equivalent of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment.
  • PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in recruiting
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience
  • Minimum of 5 years ATS & HRIS experience (Workday experience a plus)
