MRI Software is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to join the Sales Operations team. This role will work closely with the Sales team, as well as other departments across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, detail and process oriented individual focused on meeting the needs of a growing and dynamic Sales team.     

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze data and produce effective reports
  • Evaluate all aspects of the sales cycle and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Present actionable data and insights to leadership team
  • Roll out new sales tools/processes and monitor adoption and effectiveness
  • Integrate the data and processes of newly acquired companies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent degree/experience
  • Three to five years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to determine trends and propose solutions
  • Salesforce.com experience preferred, but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience in sales process, design, and improvement
  • Ability to work in a team environment, while building effective working relationships
