As a Data Verification Coordinator with the MRI Mulitfamily Insurance team, you will be working on our MRI Insurance solution for the multifamily renter’s insurance space. The work would include timely tracking of our clients’ mandatory renter’s insurance programs with significant growth potential and use of modern technologies as part of a team of about 5 to 7 people integrating the solution with MRI’s platform X and suite of real estate software products.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Coordinate with MRI insurance provider and client to ensure timely tracking for all insurance policies, both preferred and third-party insurance policies
  • Enter, validate, and maintain resident policy information and proof of insurance for client’s property managers and leasing agents
  • Maintain timely tracking of all interested party notifications, both preferred and third-party insurance policies and identify the correct action to take based on the interested party notifications
  • Communicate with property teams on residents who do not meet the client’s outlined insurance policy requirements and assist with non-compliance process and forced policy placement
  • Field questions via email pertaining to an existing resident’s mandatory insurance program and determines the appropriate course of action 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to new situations and learn quickly
  • A high degree of dependability, motivation, and flexibility
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
