MRI Software is currently seeking an Implementation Analyst to join our growing team! In this role you would be responsible for gathering data, validating data organizing data, and driving implementations forward.  This role will drive business value by seamlessly closing the gap between sales and implementation through excellent client support and strategically manage all data requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Provides insights into:
    • Recently closed deals and client expectations.
    • Salesforce reporting and data entry.
    • Properly documenting as needed.
  • Optimize data processes to improve reporting and streamline the process.
  • Understands that information and data are key business asset and operationalizes the application of data and information to deliver optimal business performance.
  • Collaborates cross functionally with various teams.
  • Willing to train others as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Learn and understand various MRI products and relationship with RentPayment.

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with associates
  • Capability of effective planning and priority setting
  • Knowledge with FinCEN regulations
  • Knowledge with KYC regulations
  • Experience with Payments
  • 3+ years’ experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred OR equivalent combination of experience and education
