Catering for all property management, asset management, financial accounting and facilities management requirements, MRI provides a comprehensive range of tools developed specifically for the real estate industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a manager in Global Professional Services (GPS), you will be responsible for driving team metrics including utilization, revenue, project management along with client satisfaction. This person will provide leadership, mentoring and training to employees, while handling the distribution of work and ensuring projects are completed and implementations are successful according to project plans.  Being a resource for escalations, participating in client committees, as well as cross departmental communication will be other key functions in this role.

Key areas of responsibility are;

Management Responsibilities

The management of the team will roughly equate to 40% of the working week

·        Achieving team utilisation and revenue targets on a monthly basis

·        Accurate and timely administrative tasks and billing reports for work delivered to clients for self and project team

·        Delivery of customer experience at or above client & shareholder expectations for self and project team

  • Filter Team questions to supporting core processes and enabling functions
  • Assist with special projects, operating mechanisms, initiatives for the consulting organization
  • Provide soft skill and presentation training and mentoring. In addition, coaching for Team on how to present professionally and deal with difficult situations
  • Builds strong teams, attracting, developing and retaining top performers
  • Develops high performance teams by diagnosing, understanding and facilitating team dynamics
  • Consistently fosters observable growth in direct reports and other individuals in the organization
  • Develops strong relationships with cross functional partners

·        Single point of internal and external project escalation.

·        Support the direct and indirect teams on all aspects of functional delivery

·        Determine future pipeline and provide team utilisation and revenue forecasting

·        Work closely with the senior leaders to develop revenue generating strategies



 

REQUIREMENTS: 

·        Enthusiastic team player at all levels

·        Ability to reason logically and provide and document functional solutions

·        Ability to work on multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously with minimal direction

·        Comprehensive knowledge of industry specific market segments, associated business rules, standard operating procedures, and process best practices

·        Extensive understanding of functionality, business rules and operating procedures within the company’s software product(s) and system – functional AccuServ knowledge is desirable.

·        Ability to motivate and manage a team

·        Project Management Methodology experience would be desirable

·        Assist clients in software configuration, testing, training, and deployment

·        Support in the management of the client and project timelines, risks, and actively resolve project related issues as they arise

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Degree in IT, Business, Finance, Math’s, or Accounting is preferred

 

Delivery Responsibilities

Functional delivery of client work will roughly equate to 60% of the working week.

The successful candidate must be capable of leading and participating in working sessions with client’s personnel to facilitate technology-based solutions to business problems. This person must be a team player as there are many key stakeholders across the business that work together towards successful implementations. Key areas of responsibility are:

·        Work with clients to gather their requirements and implement the AccuServ software

·        Conduct gap analysis, document Client requirements, and translate into AccuServ solution design

·        Support in the management of the client and project timelines, risks, and actively resolve project related issues as they arise.

·        Plan, develop and deliver remote or face to face, systems training programs.

·        Follow software implementation strategies and coordinate associated tasks and resources required to successfully implement AccuServ services.

·        Work with a varied number of clients in different specialised sectors.

  • Ability to execute and implement the current GPS departmental objectives including the current incentive bonus plan and SOPs

Other Skills/Experience:

  • A proven track record of successfully managing a metric governed team of delivery consultants.
  • High initiative, self-motivation, and enthusiasm.
  • Strong professionalism and customer satisfaction orientation.
  • Must be flexible to travel when travel is resumed.
