MRI Software is seeking a Director within our Product Management group to join our growing team! This role will help focus on the expansion of our facilities management software products including our newly acquired product, Angus Systems. Angus Systems is a leading provider of customer driven mobile and cloud based work order and operations management solutions for commercial real estate. Through Angus AnyWhere®, Angus Systems helps its clients run their properties to the highest of standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Vision & Strategy
- Analyze data and trends to identify growth opportunities for Angus Anywhere
- Identify key challenges to pursue
- Implement strategic processes to achieve our product deadlines
- Define and lead the product roadmap and implementation plan
- Adjust product roadmap based on feasibility and input of stakeholders
- Communicate product plans to cross-functional team to ensure collaboration
- Product Design & Development
- Bring forward innovative ideas
- Possess excellent mediation skills to filter input from contributors (to the product)
- Extensive experience in an Agile shop
- Partner with the Product Marketing group
- Leadership
- Professionally develop the teams that report to you
- Evangelize the product to the organization and effectively gain buy-in on product changes and developments
- Work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders
- Drive thought leadership and positioning of Angus within the marketplace
Qualifications:
- Experience with occupant experience platforms (Equiem, HqO, Rise/Lane, etc..)
- Experience with purpose-built solutions (Dude Solutions, Impak, ETS, 360 Facility, Building Engines/Aware Manager, etc..)
- 5+ years of experience managing senior-level teams
- 5+ years in delivering SaaS in a B2B or B2B2C environment
- 10+ years in Product Management
- Expert in Agile methodology
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate industry is a strong asset
- Entrepreneurial attitude/spirit
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
