MRI Software is currently seeking a talented Account Manager to join our team! This role will be working to continue the growth and success of a newly acquired product of ours, Angus Systems. Angus Systems is the leading provider of mobile and cloud based work order and operations management solutions for commercial real estate teams. We help our clients shine.

In this role you will be focused on cultivating relationships, driving revenue and increasing customer loyalty within existing key accounts. Additionally, a medium focus on outbound to non-key accounts is expected.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strategically grow your accounts with solutions that maximize value for our clients
  • Prospect, acquire and retain new business via your existing network and direct outbound activities
  • Excel at achieving monthly and quarterly revenue, activity and sales funnel targets.
  • Sell our solutions with a consultative approach with high energy
  • Comfortably sell to VP & C-Suite executives, navigating through multiple decision makers in large complex orgs
  • Prepare and present tailored sales presentations and product demos
  • Maintain knowledge on products and services offered, market conditions, competition and industry trends
  • Working alongside the Customer Success team, you will provide excellent after-sales support to your key accounts as needed this includes resolving issues to ensure satisfaction
  • Perform all administrative responsibilities as required, from research of a prospect to processing signed service contracts
  • Utilize sales management tools, such as QuickBase and Salesforce Pardot
  • Provide ongoing feedback from prospect/customer requirements and competitive offers to improve go to market approach, and product roadmap
  • Occasionally travel

Requirements

  • Passionate about technology and sales.
  • Minimum 3+ years of B2B Account Management and Sales experience (specifically in the Commercial Real Estate PropTech industry for a SaaS or technology company) with a track record of building lasting customer relationships and top performance.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of consultative selling and the sales planning process.
  • Excellent listening and questioning skills. Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills and a strong track record of navigating within larger organizations.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Tech savvy with high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and sales technologies (Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot, Salesloft, DocusSign, QuickBase).
