Description
MRI software seeking an experienced and skilled candidate with passion for designing, evolving and developing .Net based applications. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be directly involved in design, development, customization, configuration, testing and enhancing browser based applications. You shall participate in the entire software development life cycle including Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understanding of the Object oriented design using C++, MFC architecture SDI/MDI and dialog based. Creating COM interfaces. Should be able to use the different collection classes
- Design, Develop and Maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code
- Devise and develop an efficient strategy to maintain the code base for multiple customers
- Interact with Account Managers to prioritise work and plan its delivery
- Introduce test automation to bring efficiency to testing activities
- Introduce structured Agile based development processes that are suited to the nature of work being carried out in the project
- Hands on experience in maintaining/enhancing projects using Visual C++, MFC/COM, ATL, C++, SQL, STL(standard Template Library) with 6+ years of experience
- Proven experience in handling several aspects of software including, but not limited to performance, scalability, security and testing.
- Strong problem solving skills with a logical approach and methodology.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.
- Strong background in object oriented development techniques.
- Experience within a customer facing role and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
