MRI Software is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our growing team! The Implementation Specialist will concentrate on streamlining the customer onboarding experience. This role is a crucial coordinator between the sales team and the customer reaching their first month of processing payments in our platform.
Essential Job Functions:
● Oversee customer onboarding from sales close to first month of processing
● Provide a welcoming experience for new customers and partners
● Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure successful customer handoff
● Evaluate and perform quality checks on customer purchases to help reduce the potential for
customer churn
● Leverage Salesforce to track SLA’s and customer onboarding milestones
● Evaluate, identify, and remove internal / external blockers that can stall the onboarding process
● Evaluate, identify, and improve onboarding timelines
● SME for Property Management software’s (Yardi, MRI, RealPage etc…)
● Provide and coordinate technical implementation for Property Management software
● Perform training calls and review written on-boarding training materials with customers
Skills & Requirements:
● Knowledge of the Google Drive and Google Email platform (Docs, Sheets, Slides, GMail) or
comparable Microsoft Suite/Outlook knowledge
● Fluent typing and telephone skills
● Must be able to receive and understand instructions, and carry out those instructions.
● 2+ years experience in customer onboarding and implementation (SaaS experience strongly
preferred)
● Specific experience in property management software, APIs, and/or payments is preferred
