- Deployment and configuration of Virtual Machines in vCentre and Azure
- Installation and management of IT security tools
- Remote Desktop Gateway management, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Configuration of monitoring tools
- Active Directory management and troubleshooting
- VPN Configuration and troubleshooting
- General vCentre management and troubleshooting
- SFTP Server management
- Logical network infrastructure management
- Certificate Management
- SMTP Relay server troubleshooting and management
- Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 implementation and troubleshooting
- PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting
- MS SQL Server management
- Citrix Virtual Application management beneficial
- Disaster Recovery planning and implementation
- Review of SOPs and documentation
