What will your role be
- Estimating, Designing, Developing, Planning and implementing software modules and features.
- Resolve technical issues through Debugging, Research and Investigation, Creating new & innovative ways to improve applications.
- Following agile method of development.
- Create responsive user interfaces.
- Mentor, help and guide fellow junior Engineers.
- Work closely with a geographically distributed team.

Your Key success factors
- 1 – 3 Yrs of hands on experience in Ruby on Rails.
- Good knowledge on front end technologies like HTML, CSS, coffeescript and JS.
- Proficient with Version control using gitlab/svn.
- Good knowledge on TDD/BDD using RSpec and Capybara.
- Experience with Databases like mysql, Sybase etc.
- Experience with designing and developing API.
- Experience of devops will be a plus.
- Btech / MCA in Computer Sciences Engineering or a related discipline from premier institutions with good academic track records.
- Strong Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot applications & environment issues.
- Adaptability, ability to learn faster, independent, responsible and diligent.
- Good team spirit and interpersonal skills, excellent written, verbal, communication skills, analytical skills & Business thinking.
