MRI Software is currently looking for a Software Support Analyst, with experience using the MRI Sales & Lettings software (previously known as SLM and Aspasia) or another leading system in the Estate Agency industry. We are looking for an individual that is eager to get experience within a corporate software company. The opportunity is within our Support Services team based in Sleaford, Lincolnshire or working remotely as a Support Agent that provides help desk services to a whole range of MRI software solutions.
Client’s will contact your via telephone, email and through our online ticketing system- so verbal and written communication must be professional at all times.
