To accommodate our growth, we are seeking Business to Business sales professionals with experience generating new and recurring revenues through direct sales within the quickly evolving and fastest growing division of an established company. This Enterprise Account Executive will focus on selling integrated, innovative, industry changing investment management solutions. This is a great opportunity for dynamic, aggressive sales professionals who are driven to hunt for new business and those who have a proven track record for employing a consultative sales approach in a competitive environment.

As an Enterprise Account Executive focused on our real estate Investment Management software solutions, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Working with clients and prospects to identify their unique critical business issues, strategic initiatives and pain points using a consultative approach
  • Conducting introductory software demonstrations while promoting our software solutions at industry conferences and trade shows
  • Working with other sales team members to share ideas, knowledge and new business development strategies
  • Generating new software and services business by leveraging existing relationships, prospecting and conducting market analysis
  • Driving and managing a complete sales process inclusive of targeting top prospects, identifying competitive client and market solutions, building and maintaining customer relationships, performing software demonstrations, negotiating and closing opportunities within an assigned territory

 

  • 5 or more years of enterprise software sales experience and managing a territory and/or client relationships.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Real Estate, Finance/Investment market, business needs and solutions required.
  • Bachelor’s degree with preferred focus in business, finance, technology or marketing or related experience.
  • Preferred candidates will have experience selling software and/or knowledge within the Real Estate, Finance/Investment or Technology sector.
  • Well-developed organizational and planning skills well developed verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and deliver powerful presentations
  • Excellent time management, decision making, human relations and organization skills.
  • Ability to operate in a very fast-paced environment with multiple high-level priorities
