MRI Software is seeking an IT Service Management Intern to join our team in Solon, OH this spring! This individual will work with our ITSM system, ServiceNow, to set up applications within the IT organization. This role will include setting up and implementing processes, understanding documentation and its value, and expand upon presentation and training skills.

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Completion of two years of college at an accredited university
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office : Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Desired career in Information Technology
