The finance modules include:

  • The Cashbook module allows you to process your receipts and payments with reconciliation and reporting. Carry out Cashbook posting during the bank statement reconciliation without leaving the process.

  • The purchase ledger module provides extensive invoicing and payment facilities, allowing you to process invoices several ways and manage all your supplier details efficiently.

  • You have a wide range of sales invoicing facilities, to invoice your customers on a one-off basis or more routinely. The Sales Ledger module will also maintain customer records easily with full credit control desk functionality.

  • With the nominal ledger module, you have extensive functionality and flexibility to assist in your financial management.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting offers powerful features and outstanding flexibility with a clear audit trail to help you manage your organisation’s budgets.

  • The module will record fixed assets with their associated details, including depreciation, value and digital images. It will allow for full component accounting with integration from your Housing system for property components, grants etc.

  • This will allow you to scan and attach any electronic file to a financial transaction or a supplier and/or customer.

  • You can import your bank statement to automatically match against financial transactions.

  • Create Direct Debit files that can be sent to the bank for processing and generate automatic receipts.
