Resident Voice Focus Group – shaping ideas to support a comprehensive resident satisfaction index across social housing residents.
Following the recent announcement of the Resident Voice Index, we are putting together a series of focus groups inviting our clients to help shape this initiative. Your ideas and input at this stage will help to ensure we are asking the right questions to social housing residents, with the goal of influencing change in the short-term and shape long-term strategies within the sector.
We have selected four dates across March and April for these initial consultation sessions. Each session, beginning at 8.00am will be moderated by an MRI representative and will last for around 50 minutes.
