Patrick Ghilani

Patrick Ghilani is the Chief Executive Officer of MRI Software and has been an executive with MRI Software since 2006, previously holding the positions of President and Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President of Global Professional Services.

Appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2012, Patrick spearheaded productivity and client experience improvements while leading all client operations, including Professional Services, Client Support, and SaaS hosting. As President & COO, Patrick led corporate growth initiatives targeting both geographic and innovative product expansion.

With over 20 years of experience in the enterprise application arena, Patrick has successfully managed both the strategy and operations of sizeable technology product and services organizations, serving multiple global industries, including over 10 years in the Commercial and Multi-Family Real Estate vertical. Prior to MRI, Patrick held Vice President roles building and managing professional and support services organizations for both SmartOps Corporation, a provider of supply chain software (now an SAP Company), as well as for technology consulting services firm, UBICS, Inc. As a Management Consultant with Ernst & Young LLP, Patrick was a leader in the manufacturing vertical, with global sales, management, and delivery responsibilities of large scale ERP application implementations for the Fortune 500.

Patrick received a Bachelor of Arts in Business-Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.

John Ensign

John Ensign is President of MRI Software and has been an executive with the company since 2010. He most recently held the position of President and Chief Legal Officer. In his current role, John oversees all international operations at MRI Software as well as MRI’s shared services, including global client support, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, partnerships, talent management, employee relations, and benefits.

Before joining MRI Software, John was the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Domin-8 Enterprise Solutions, LLC, a provider of property management software in the small to medium business space. John started his legal career with Bricker & Eckler LLP where he practiced corporate law with a focus on high growth companies. Prior to his legal career he served as an independent human resources consultant. He began his career at College Craft Enterprises, Ltd., a contracting company based in Chicago, where he focused on sales and operational management and new market development as a Division Vice President.

John earned his Master of Laws in Business and Taxation as well as a Juris Doctorate from Capital University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University.

Saurabh Abhyankar

As Chief Product Officer at MRI Software, Saurabh Abhyankar is responsible for overseeing the company’s global product strategy and leading the product management organization. He has more than 15 years of experience bringing new products to market, leading product management teams, and evangelizing products globally to drive revenue and adoption. He is passionate about improving people’s lives through innovations in data and UX.

Prior to joining MRI Software, Saurabh held a number of positions at MicroStrategy, including Chief Product Officer and SVP of Product Management, where he was responsible for an analytics product portfolio that spans cloud, data discovery, data science, big data and enterprise analytics. During his tenure at MicroStrategy, he also patented technologies for the Semantic Graph and HyperIntelligence.

Previously, Saurabh held various Product Management leadership roles at SAP and Business Objects across a number of products including Crystal Reports, Web Intelligence, and Explorer. Saurabh has patents across releases of some of the most recognized and successful analytics products of all time, including MicroStrategy, SAP, and Business Objects.

Saurabh holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia.

Mandira Mehra

Mandira Mehra serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at MRI Software. Before joining MRI in 2016, Mandira held leadership roles at both private and public technology companies, which range from start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations. During the more than 15 years she spent at these firms, she spearheaded the development and execution of strategic branding and marketing initiatives, along with demand generation programs. Most recently, she was the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Internap, a global internet infrastructure provider. Previous positions included Vice President of Marketing Communications, Solution Area TV at Ericsson; and Vice President of Marketing at GoldPocket Interactive. She began her career as a strategy consultant at Monitor Company.

Mandira holds a B.A. from Williams College and an M.T.S. from Harvard University.

Roman Telerman

As Chief Financial Officer of MRI Software, Roman Telerman is responsible for overseeing the company’s global financial strategy and operations. He previously held the role of Vice President of Finance at MRI and has been with the company since 2010. Roman manages MRI’s global finance and internal application teams and uses his leadership and experience to help drive growth, scalability, and profitability for the company.

During Roman’s time at MRI, the company has experienced significant growth, making 30 acquisitions and expanding its presence from 35 countries to more than 170.

Prior to joining MRI, Roman was with KeyBank, a regional bank headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, and the only major bank based in Cleveland.

In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Roman holds a Master of Accounting and Bachelors of Finance from Cleveland State University.

Phil Trudeau

Phil Trudeau is the Chief Sales Officer at MRI Software, joining the organization in 2014. Phil comes to MRI from SAP America where he was VP of Enterprise Field Operations.

Prior to SAP, Phil was VP of Sales and General Manager at Domin-8, a property management and accounting software provider that was acquired by RealPage, Inc. His previous roles include EVP of Worldwide Sales & Services at Incentive Technology (formerly Centive), and as VP of Sales with ADP.

Phil received his bachelor’s degree in both Marketing and Management from Bentley University.

David Bowie

David Bowie is the Senior Vice President and Executive Managing Director for MRI Software in Asia Pacific. With more than 25 years of experience in the technology space and a focus on enterprise software sales, David is responsible for the company’s strategy in the Asia-Pacific market as well as sales and operational responsibilities in the region.

Prior to joining the MRI team in 2020, David served as Vice President and Managing Director for SAS, an AI and analytics industry leader, where he led the Australia and New Zealand division and spearheaded a journey of significant growth and transformation. He joined the company in 2002 and held multiple roles across professional services, marketing and sales.

David began his career with PwC in accounting, but quickly shifted to become one of the early members of the technology consulting division before taking leadership roles at both IBM and Dimension Data.

David holds a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting) from Macquarie University, a Graduate Diploma of Psychology from University of New England and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Dermot Briody

Dermot Briody is Senior Vice President and Executive Managing Director, EMEA and Occupier Solutions for MRI Software. In this role, he oversees MRI’s European strategy, including its execution and the resulting P&L. Additionally, he is responsible for leading the company’s global workplace management solutions business for real estate occupiers.

Dermot is an enterprise software leader with nearly 25 years of experience, including international management and directorial roles. As Executive Managing Director for Europe and the Middle East, Dermot oversees sales and operational responsibilities for the global operations of MRI’s acquired businesses in the region as well as the pre-existing MRI operations in EMEA.

Before joining MRI, Dermot served as Regional Director of Misys Financial Software (now Finastra) in Asia for four years and in Europe for another three years.

Dermot has an MBA (Distinction) from Henley Business School. He graduated with First Class Honors from University College Dublin with an MBS in International Marketing and has a primary degree from Trinity College in Natural Sciences.

Marc DiCapua

Marc DiCapua is the Senior Vice President of Global Services, which encompasses MRI’s Global Professional Services, Client Support, and SaaS Services. He is responsible for driving MRI’s strategy for continued delivery excellence, productivity, quality, and consistency at all client touchpoints across the globe. As an MRI veteran of over 20 years, Marc has held leadership positions within various areas of the organization, including Product Management, where he helped drive the strategic development of MRI’s Commercial Management, Foresight and Accounts Payable product lines, and within Professional Services, where he led implementations of many of MRI’s largest institutional clients.

Prior to MRI, Marc worked as Manager of MIS at The Yarmouth Group, a subsidiary of Lend Lease Corporation, where he implemented a full suite of networking technologies, as well as the MRI Property Management and Accounting Applications across their entire portfolio. Marc began his career as a Staff Accountant with Northern Lake Properties, a real estate investment and property management company.

Marc attended the University of Toledo in Ohio.

Mark Fairweather

Mark Fairweather is the Managing Director of MRI Software for Africa. Mark joined MRI Software through the acquisition of MDA Property Systems and now leads the African presence for MRI Software based in Cape Town. Before joining MDA Property Systems, Mark ran an offshore software development company focused on custom development for the global real estate market. Mark has worked in a number of different roles through his career, with a keen focus on customer experience.

Mark’s focus is to continue to grow MRI’s presence on the African continent, ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction during this exciting time of growth for the company.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree, with honors, from the University of Cape Town.

Carol Lewis

Carol Lewis is the Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at MRI Software. In this role, Carol is responsible for leading the global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy for the company. 
 
Prior to joining MRI, Carol was Global Director, Diversity and Inclusion with Food+ by Compass. She previously served as Senior Manager, Diversity and Inclusion at Kellogg Company and Affirmative Action and Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Boeing. Formerly, Carol held multiple leadership roles within Human Resources during her 19-year career at Chrysler Corporation.
 
Carol holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Development from Oakland University and a certificate in Diversity Management from Cornell University.

Sarah Schedler

Sarah Schedler is the Senior Vice President of Talent and Facilities for MRI Software and has been with the company since 2010. She is responsible for developing and directing MRI’s talent management strategy, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, development, and retention, in addition to managing MRI’s facilities worldwide.

Sarah’s expertise has been instrumental in creating a cohesive human resource strategy and culture throughout each of MRI’s global office locations. As a member of MRI’s leadership team, Sarah is passionate about partnering with other leaders in the company to cultivate an environment where top talent will thrive and grow.

In addition to being a certified Professional in Human Resources, Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising/Public Relations and Marketing from Marietta College.

Daniel van der Merwe

Daniel van der Merwe is the Senior Vice President of Global Revenue Operations and North American Residential solutions at MRI Software. In this role, he has P&L responsibility for MRI’s North American Residential portfolio and for building world-class data analytics capabilities to drive global sales effectiveness.
 
Prior to joining MRI Software, Daniel served as SVP of Global Operations for Beyondtrust Corporation, a leader in enterprise cybersecurity software, where he led global finance, revenue operations, systems, pricing, data governance, BI and quote to cash teams. He held senior positions across finance, product management, corporate development and customer success, and played a lead operating role in driving rapid scaling of the business. 
 
Previously, Daniel led global FP&A for Transcentra, a leader in billing and payment software solutions. He spent the early part of his career working in startups, consulting and as an equity analyst in New York. 
 
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin Madison and an MBA in Finance from Wake Forest University where he was a Dean Scholar. Daniel also holds a post-graduate degree in Strategy from Oxford University.

Georgia Yanchar

Georgia Yanchar is General Counsel of MRI Software and joined the company in 2020. Georgia brings more than two decades of experience representing clients in a wide variety of technological fields, with an emphasis on intellectual property and information technology issues.

Prior to joining MRI, Georgia was Vice Chair of the Intellectual Property Group at Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP in Cleveland, where she was elected Partner in 2009 and a member of the Executive Committee in 2016. She previously was an attorney with Jones Day, Cleveland and New York, and with Goodwin Procter of New York.

Georgia holds a J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. Georgia is licensed in Ohio and New York, as well as the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Sarah Zinkie

Sarah Zinkie is the Managing Director of MRI Canada and Vice President of Client Success. Based in MRI’s Toronto office, Sarah provides regional leadership for Canada and is responsible for driving a client-centric focus within MRI. Sarah joined MRI in 2012.

Sarah has more than 25 years of experience in the software industry in both small and large internationally recognized organizations. Sarah spent the first 10 years of her career at IBM in professional services, support and IT roles, eventually managing the Middleware and Cloud software implementation services group. Most recently, Sarah led the professional services, support and corporate operations for Camilion Solutions, enterprise software for the insurance industry (acquired by SAP in 2013), through a period of rapid growth, including the creation of a dedicated Software Support organization and Process Optimization program.

Sarah holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Queen’s University and has her Professional Engineering designation.
